By creating an account or using repent.wtf you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, squat on trademarks, or violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use repent.wtf to:
- Post or link to illegal content, including content that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or infringes copyright.
- Harass, dox, defame, or impersonate others.
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or scams.
- Upload disallowed file types to the file host — only images and videos are accepted.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for your content; if we receive a valid takedown request (e.g. DMCA), we will remove the content and may notify you.
Moderation
Our staff and moderators may review public profiles for rule violations. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these terms — with or without prior notice, depending on severity. If you believe an action was a mistake, contact us to appeal.
Premium
- Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe that unlocks additional customization features.
- Payments are final except where required by law. If a purchase fails to activate, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
- Banned accounts forfeit premium features without refund.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to keep repent.wtf online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for lost profits or data arising from downtime or data loss. Keep copies of anything important.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
